I have had bad experiences in the past with recruitment agencies simply sending candidates that don’t fit the job spec or the requirement that we have. Working with Cindy has been a delight throughout the whole process, I received prompt communication and candidates that fitted the spec I was looking for. Cindy has been patient and helpful and found us a very good applicant.

I needed to recruit two managers and from start to finish Emma has been excellent. She went through the job description thoroughly along with my requirements, personally spoke to all candidates to get their background and before setting up interviews, sent me an insight into their soft skills and personality as well as as their cv - end result I filled both positions with good people. I have no hesitation in recommending Emma or anyone else from Hartley Resourcing.
