This is the 3rd largest privately owned commercial insurance broker in the country. You will be working within an office of 8 people, many of whom have been there for several years. It is a professional yet relaxed and down to earth environment. This particular office is the most successful in the company so it is a great opportunity to be part of a well run team.
This is a new role due to expansion. You will be helping with data entry of new insurance claims onto the computer system and then will call insurers to inform them of new claims. You will also have contact with clients, taking claims over the telephone, providing them with excellent service and will act as the liaison point between customer and insurance company throughout the claims process.
The ideal candidate
You will need to have experience of insurance claims, either within a broker or insurance company, either personal or commercial. You will need to have solid administration and customer experience. Due to location you will need to have your own transport.
