A very professional and successful company in the New Milton/Christchurch require administrators to join their small supportive team. The office has grown to 150 staff and as such there will be opportunities for growth for the right candidates.
Duties will include:
- Completing administration tasks for the team
- Collating information together from a database which are related to the sale of properties
- Liaising with solicitors who are requesting information from your team
- Answering the phone and passing messages through to the relevant team member
- Speaking to customers on phone/ email
- Work towards the department’s KPIs
The ideal candidate
You will be comfortable dealing with administrative tasks and will need to be organised and happy working in a busy, fast paced office environment. Your attention-to-detail will be high and you will be able to multitask. Having an enthusiasm to learn is vital, as is a passion for customer service. Experience is not the most important aspect, personality and attitude to working will also be taken into account.
