We are currently recruiting for a B2B Contract Manager to work for our Segensworth based client. This is a busy role that will require someone with excellent administration skills and has previous experience within Executive Account Management and Customer Service. It will require communicating with international corporate clients as well as internal departments. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and their orders. Taking a proactive approach to problem solving will be essential. In order to be considered for this role you will ideally be educated to degree level. This is initially a contract for 6 months whilst under review with a possibility to go permanent.
Working as a senior member of the team, this is very much a busy Contract Manager role. You will be responsible for managing your own book of business customers. You must be capable of building strong relationships and must enjoy problem solving. Your duties will include:
- Primary point of contact for your customers
- Lead regular conference calls and business reviews with your customers
- Manage your customers order books and negotiate priorities with internal supply chain
- Investigate and resolve invoice disputes
- Deputise for Customer Service Manager or other Managers / Team Members as required
The Ideal Candidate
In order to be considered for this role you will ideally be educated to a degree level (or equivalent) and must have previous commercial relationship / account management, customer service experience. You will need to be keen to progress in your career and demonstrate leadership capabilities. The successful candidate will be confident challenging processes and comfortable building strong business customer relationships is vital. You must be from an engineering/technical background as will need to understand technical information and be confident prioritising your workload.
