This Client Account Co-ordinator role is working for a great company close to Hedge End. You will be responsible for managing a small number of clients and will be required to carry out all the administration relating to the customers’ orders and requirements as well as managing the relationship on a day to day basis. This is excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys taking responsibility and juggling many tasks at the same time. This role is being recruited on a temp to perm basis and you need to be available to start at short notice.
This is a very involved role where you will be working within a team. Responsibilities include:
- day to day contact for a small number of clients
- customer order processing
- deal with any problems that arise, advising of delays, supply issues etc
- building a close relationship with your customer, getting to know them so well that you can help to keep evolving your service offering to exceed expectation
- liaison between departments internally
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal client account co-ordinator must have previous commercial office experience in a customer facing role. You will be a confident communicator, keen to learn and push yourself forward. You need to have strong business acumen and the ability to take responsibility for your own work. The successful candidate will be confident building strong customer relationships, have the ability to pre-empt and deal with problems before they arise as well as having excellent administration skills. As this is a temp to perm role, you will need to be available to start in the next couple of weeks.
