Job Description

We are currently recruiting a Contracts Administrator to work for a very successful company in Fareham, one of the leading companies in their field. This is a very busy role supporting two senior managers with a new project. You will be responsible for ensuring that installation projects run smoothly and that everyone is kept informed. The environment is relaxed but busy; people are passionate about the company and are motivated to do a good job. This is initially a 6 month fixed term contract but it is very likely to be extended.

The role:

This is a very busy role where you will be given responsibility for coordinating and scheduling projects, juggling when necessary. You will need to keep work spreadsheets up to date and liaise with customers and internal teams. It will also involve coordinating diaries, problem solving and chasing people for information.

The ideal candidate:

This position requires an organised person who has excellent communication skills. You will need to be calm under pressure and be confident dealing both internally and with external customers. You will need to have excellent computer literacy and the ability to juggle a variety of tasks. Excellent attention to detail is also essential. Ideally you will have experience in similar role where you are scheduling jobs and engineers.
