Job Description

This is an ongoing temp assignment but with strong opportunity for permanent if you would like, which combines administration and customer service, mostly admin.  It is working for a company who is market leader in their industry and they work to very high standards.  This role will be working as part of a great team.

The role

The main duties of this role are as follows:

  • Working with Excel spreadsheets
  • Processing of forms and various other administration with a meticulous attention to detail and pace
  • Helping the team wherever you can to help with the smooth running of the department
  • Occasionally answering the phone from customers and helping follow through their requests

The ideal candidate

You must be available to start work within a couple of days.  You need to be very organised and be able to work at a high pace.  Some of the work is within Excel spreadsheets which you must have had experience in.  Personal traits that are of value are resilience and a willingness to go the extra mile.

This role could be suited to a graduate looking to expand on their experience, or someone who has previously worked in a relevant environment.
