Customer Service Administrator

Job Description

A very well established and successful business are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join one of their busy teams.  This would be a great opportunity for a recent graduate looking to begin their office based career or an experienced Administrator who is happy to take on a temporary role.  The role is initially offered with immediate start, through to Christmas. 

 

The Role
This job is working as part of a friendly team in the office doing a variety of administration tasks in a very busy, high pace environment.  You will get the chance to be involved in the following: 

  • Data entry of orders into the system ready for the warehouse to pick
  • Reconcile and check orders
  • Organise delivery for the customer and enter delivery information into the system
  • Communicate with customers by phone and email
  • Delivering a top quality service at all times

The Ideal Candidate
To be successful in this role you will need to be happy working in an office and have a ‘can do’ attitude.  This role requires a strong attention to detail, in particular when working with detailed part codes, all whilst working in a fast paced environment.  You must be comfortable following process and happy to work as part of a team.  This role works with MS Excel so you need to be comfortable navigating your way around spreadsheets although you will not need to create formulas yourself.  You don’t need previous office experience to be considered for this role however some work based experience is highly desirable.

Additional Information

Due to this being a contract role you will ideally be able to start work within a couple of days and be available until Christmas.
