We are looking for an experienced Customer Service person to work for a successful company near Romsey. This is a busy and varied role where you will be required to build relationships with customers and process orders. You must have an excellent telephone manner and a high attention to detail. This is very much a customer service based role where you will be working in a small team. You will be responsible for dealing with key customers over the phone, taking and processing orders and dealing with queries with regards to customer accounts. You will also be required to deal with delivery issues and handle queries relating to orders. There is also a large amount of administration within the role that requires a good attention to detail. It is a busy role and at times you will need to juggle a number of different tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing an excellent level of service and who is looking for a company where they can develop a long term career.
The Ideal Candidate
In order to be considered for this role, you will have previous customer service/ account handling experience. You must be confident and professional in your approach and need to have a friendly, personable and welcoming manner. Accurate keyboard skills are essential as you will be entering orders on to the system. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a small team are also vital. The working environment is relaxed but busy and you will need to enjoy working under pressure.
