Customer Service Adviser- Czech & Slovak

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing industry leading customer service whilst having the opportunity to utilise their language skills. 


You will be responding to inbound calls and emails from companies and be expected to deal with general enquiries.  This will be in Czech, Slovak and English.  The role is focused on customer service only and involves no sales.

The Role

This will be a busy customer service role full of variety as each and every customer has a different requirement.  Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing inbound calls and emails from customers
  • Answering general enquiries
  • Working closely with other internal teams to resolve problems or gain updates
  • Helping customers with placing orders
  • Processing payments and setting up credit terms


The Ideal Candidate 

For this role it is essential that you are fluent in Czech, Slovak and English, all written and verbal; you will ideally have previous customer service experience and enjoy helping people.   You will need to genuinely care about your customers and want to deliver the highest level of customer service.  To be successful in this role, you will need to be confident on the phone and have the ability to handle a large amount of calls.
