Job Description

 We are currently recruiting for a Graduate to join our Segensworth based client.  This is a busy role that will require someone who is confident in their ability and has excellent accuracy.  You will be responsible for co-ordinating the shipping of deliveries.  Taking a proactive approach to problem solving will be essential. This is initially an ongoing temporary assignment, but there could be potential to go permanent for the right candidate.

 

The Role

Working as a member of the team, this is very much a busy coordinator role.  You will be working with the shipping team to ensure everything runs smoothly.  Your duties will include but not limited to:

  • Collating and checking data
  • Updating databases
  • Processing shipments
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Creating shipment notes
  • Compiling insight information

 

The Ideal Candidate

In order to be considered for this role you will ideally be educated to a degree level or equivalent.  You could be a fresh graduate but would need to be able to demonstrate the capabilities that would be required.  You will need to be keen to progress in your career and demonstrate strong organisational capabilities.  You will need to be capable of understanding technical information, have a good memory and be confident prioritising your workload.  It can be fast-paced so the ability to remain calm is vital.  The salary is generous which indicates we are looking for the best graduates.
