This is a rare role for an ambitious, bright individual to shadow and learn a wide variety of functions relating to Production and Supply Chain. This is a fast growing technology Group with offices in the UK and US. The company is small enough you would not be a number, you would be playing an important role and would have exposure to the Directors, but at the same time it is big enough to give you amazing career exposure and potential.
So many roles are too narrow and stifle – this job really will give you opportunity and breadth to grow.
You will work as the right hand to the Production Manager with many and varied tasks. Some involve:
- Involvement with stock control – making improvements to the layout of the warehouse and helping to develop processes and systems
- Inventory management – involvement with sales orders and purchase orders
- Returns management, liaising between various internal departments
- Various other production related tasks and facilities management
