Job Description

Now that COVID restrictions have been lifted we have an exciting opportunity for someone to join us as a Recruitment Resourcer to work alongside the existing team. This is a recruitment role with a difference that will teach you how to recruit professionally. There is potential for you to progress into a full Consultant role and beyond. We are now in our 14th year in business and have a very good reputation within our market, we pride ourselves on excellence. You will be involved in end to end recruitment processes and work on a variety of vacancies. Full training will be provided.

The Role

This is a busy and varied recruitment co-ordination role that will see you involved in end to end recruitment processes for a diverse range of roles. This will include attracting candidates, co-ordinating recruitment activities from the initial candidate contact through to offer. In addition to recruitment focused activities you will be involved in the completion of administrative duties including the logging of timesheets and the inputting of weekly payroll information.

The Idea Candidate

In order to be considered for this role you would ideally be educated to A Level/Degree Level or equivalent.

You will need to be able to work in a busy environment and enjoy working in a small team. You will be well organised in your work, a strong communicator and used to taking responsibility for co-ordinating a number of activities at any one time.

In terms of character, you will need to have a determination and drive to succeed, be self-motivated and resilient with the ability to build effective working relationships. In addition, you will need to be adaptable and used to working under pressure to meet deadlines.
