Our client is looking for a proactive Sales Administrator to join their team, supporting commercial marine customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building strong relationships and delivering outstanding customer service.
You'll play a key role in coordinating logistics activities, working closely with suppliers, customers and internal teams to ensure orders are managed efficiently from start to finish. Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided. Office-based administrative experience would be an advantage.
The role
As a Sales Administrator, you will:
- Manage customer orders from receipt through to successful delivery.
- Liaise with suppliers, customers and internal departments to ensure orders are processed efficiently.
- Handle import-related administration and maintain accurate documentation.
- Upload and manage information on customer portals.
- Resolve customer queries and proactively manage any issues through to completion.
- Build strong working relationships with customers to deliver a first-class service.
- Support continuous improvements and take on additional responsibilities as your experience grows.

- Previous office or administrative experience; logistics or supply chain experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
