Our client is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to work with their international clients. You will be responsible for supporting B2B commercial accounts and providing a point of contact for any orders or queries they may have. You will need to have strong communication skills and sales support/ customer service experience is ideal. This is not a sales role; it is a client focused role where you will be maintaining existing business relationships. There is a separate sales team you will work in partnership with, but you will not be expected to sell.

Working as a member of the team, this is very much a busy Sales Support Administrator role. You must be capable of building strong relationships. Your duties will include:
- Being a primary point of contact for customers
- Assisting with processing orders or offering updates on existing orders
- Answering sales queries via phone or email
- Assisting the sales teams with the on-boarding of new clients
- Ensuring that you are building strong relationships so that you understand their business and upcoming needs
The Ideal Candidate
To be considered for this role you must be able to work effectively to deadlines and be good at problem solving. Industry experience is not essential as they will provide you with full product training but you must be able to understand technical information. Attention to detail is essential as are strong communication skills, both written and verbal. You will be very customer focused with a commercial mind and have the ability to build relationships with key customers. You must be confident working independently and in a team.
